According to Singaraja Prison Chief, Gusti Lanang Agus Cahyana Putra, the collective leverages the existing talents within the community. “Some already had knowledge and experience in dancing, while others are new and just learning within the prison,” he explained. “Inmates with artistic skills become trainers for their fellow prisoners, though we occasionally also involve external art studios for training.”
